My very own rakit

Today, I plan to teach Harith about writing a plan, and executing something according to the plan. For these I took a stack of colourfull straw. First we draw the plan and colour which later Harith can arrange the straw according to the colour code.

 




Harith above is arranging the straw according to colour as in the plan.


 Done!!

Then I helped him saw the straw together.

In the afternoon, after their afternoon nap, We brought the rakit to the nearby lake and put it to the test. wala!! it floats!!. Through this simple activity I manage to teach Harith about sense of planning, following plan,making something out of something, sense of achievements and many more. :).
